Your love is pure
Your love is precious
Your love is all i need
Your love surrounds me
Your love astounds me
Your love is everything.
I run to you
My heart is weak
I cling to you
Your all i see
It's my hearts desire
To be close to you
Here in your arms
I'll find my strength.

Saturday: Babysitting at 8 AM - way to early for my liking. The kids were devils. Then I laid around all afternoon and was perfectly content relaxing and reading. Next, I went to Toomas's brothers (Dan) graduation party and hung out there for most of the night. Fun time and I got to hang out with some underclassmen I have not seen in forever...Best Wishes Class of 2009! Molly had a short hang out before a party so me and Toomas went there to see friends for a bit and then called it a night. We basically all matched and wore yellow by chance, it was crazy. Shout out to my Danny Boy and his awesome girlfriend Heather - LOVE YOU GUYS!
Sunday: Happy Father's Day! Church was great and the message was perfect, it really hit home and spoke to my heart. James 1:12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. It really encouraged me to keep walking with God and to trust Him completely throughout trials and temptations. After church I went to P.F. Chang's for lunch with all the girls, Aunt Amy, Gram, Emily, and Kaye. No men on fathers day because they are all in Canada on a fishing trip. It was my first time eating there and I loved it! So good. Then, I went to my PopPop's house to say hello and catch up, then Dad, Mike, and me went to feds for dinner but was too full from lunch to eat anything unfortunately because feds has the best pizza ever! And after that we decided to take a trip to see my Dad's recently retired boss. It was so nice to see him and his family, we spent all night there. They have two boys that me and Mike have not seen in forever. Blake 20 and Mike 25 so all of us kids got along really well and had fun chatting and sharing stories. Sow now I’m here blogging and sharing my weekend!

"You can choose your friends, but not your family!"
After high school ended we all wondered who was going to remain your friend, who was going to change the most, and who was going to never be seen again. So I'm half way into my second summer home from college and I am taken back by all the good and bad changes I see in people, relationships, and behavior of the people who at once I knew like the back of my hand. Along with thinking about present change I can't help but think back to the "good old days" of care free high school. I absolutely cherished high school, without a doubt. However I wish I could hold onto more than memories and pictures. Wouldn't it be nice to have something more, maybe even tangible and/or visual. Sure reminiscing with friends while looking at pictures does bring you back (what me and shaver did tonight), but I wish their could even be more. If the past is what shapes who you are, shouldn't you remember it by means more than your human ability to store memories. Now, please, I deff have memories that I do not want to go back too. No way. Do not take me there, anything but that. But, I wish there was a way that you could choose certain events, memories, conversations, emotions, and life experiences and somehow have the ability to relive them. Maybe not even reliving them but having the opportunity to be re-stimulated by certain emotions once felt. Examples: first kisses, prom nights, home coming victories, winning that big race, and even the feeling of walking down the hallway to class. Additionally, wouldn't it be awesome to have the chance to return to specific experiences in your life that you really didn't pay much attention to or count them as valuable only to realize later in life that it was actually a big deal, life lesson, or experience that determines who you are. Don't they say hindsight is 20/20. I know I'm talking crazy talk but my brain is just wondering. I can honestly say I've been blessed knowing some amazing peers in my life. The friends I've made from middle school on are still in my life, and I cherish the relationships I have with each of them. I heart NE. Posted below are a whole lot of photos from way back when they start is 8th grade and go to senior year of high school. Man, have I had some good memories with some wonderful friends. I love my life.
